ACC
Free

We are a registered ACC provider. If your communication or swallowing difficulties are related to an accident or injury (physical or caused by treatment), you may be covered by ACC. Sessions must be approved by ACC prior to booking sessions. Please contact me with your case manager's contact details and ACC claim number. We will be in touch with your case manager to organise this. Please note that we do not lodge claims - please speak with your Doctor if you are unsure if you are eligible, who can then lodge a claim if appropriate.

CANCELLATION POLICY
 

We encourage clients to have continuation of care during therapy to achieve the best outcomes. However, if you need to change an appointment, please allow 48 hours notice. This gives time to arrange to care for another client during that time and avoid a fee for a missed appointment. If you miss an appointment or do not allow the appropriate notice, you will be charged in full. 
Extenuating circumstances will always be taken into consideration, so please get in touch to let us know you're ok and to reschedule.
